Booking, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Bookings

Adult only tour (aged 18 and over).

Bookings can be accepted through our website https://www.belfastphototours.com, by phone on 07904155036, by emailing mark@belfastphototours.com or via the Visit Belfast Welcome Centre.  Bookings can also be accepted in person at our tour start point where availability allows.

Tour times and dates are shown on our availability calendar for both individual and group tours.

Group Tours can also be arranged at a time and date to suit.

Online bookings can be made up to two hours in advance.

Confirmation will be received at time of booking.

Minimum of two people required for the tour to run. Single bookings are only possible if two have already booked.

Operates in most weather conditions (exceptions apply), please dress appropriately.

Refunds and Cancellations

Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours notice of cancellation. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the tour’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.

Additional Information

Tour is wheelchair accessible (with alternative routes provided where necessary)
however a reasonable level of fitness is required as we expect to cover approximately
2 – 3 km on mainly level ground.

Please arrive at meeting point 15 minutes before the start of the tour when you will
receive your camera and instructions.

Camera will be handed back at the end of the tour.

Your film will be developed, scanned and emailed to your inbox approximately 2
weeks after your tour.

Film negatives can be printed and posted to you for an additional charge (£16).
